TSMU simulation training center has several practical training rooms. To facilitate training process the study rooms are equipped with two-way voice and video connections linking them to debriefing rooms. The following departments use training rooms of the simulation center for practical training in clinical disciplines:

Ø Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Ophthalmology and Neurosurgery

Students have an opportunity to work on certain practical skills as many times as it takes to perfect them, work through scenarios indicated in the class subject, and learn to work as a team. Debriefing rooms are then used to review and analyze video recording to the teamwork when responding to a scenario. This allows focusing not only on technical skills but on different aspects related to team communication and interaction, such as decision-making, the role of leader, distribution of tasks, effective involvement of all team members and others.
